Students were told (correctly) that their best strategy was to give their true preferences. If trading were allowed, this would not be true. It would pay off for students to put popular schools high on their list. A spot at these schools would be good trading material.

1. Ich verwende zug-erstattung.de damit ein Programm für mich das offizielle Forumlar ausfüllt und an das Zentrum für Fahrgastrechte sendet.
2. Dort wird das Formular vermutlich wieder eingescannt oder schlimmstenfalls muss jemand es abtippen.
3. Ich bekomme einen Brief als Antwort, der allerdings per E-POST gesendet, das heißt von von der Deutschen Post ausgedruckt wurde.
Schon klar, ohne tote Bäume zwischendurch wäre das ganze Prozedere ja viel zu praktisch.
